MAKE RESERVATION:

Policies (updated for COVID-19 safety)

  • Check In: 4:00pm to 9:00pm. Call ahead to arrange for late arrival.
    • Early Check In is NOT available during the pandemic (see exception below). We need to air out each room for as long as possible between guests.
    • Occasionally early check in can be arranged in advance for an additional fee equal to 1/2 day’s room rate. Call to arrange no more than 24 hours in advance. For example if the room has been vacant for 48 hours or longer an early check in can be reserved.
  • Check Out: 11:00am.
  • Occupancy: Rates are based on 1 – 2 persons.
    • Cabins and suites with 2 beds can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
    • There is a $30 extra person fee for the 3rd & 4th person(s).
    • We do NOT have roll-away beds or cribs.
  • Continental Breakfast is included: Coffee, orange juice, tea, hot chocolate, our homemade granola, tasty home baked treats (muffins or fruit breads), and fresh fruit.
  • Minimum Stay:
    • 2 night minimum stay
    • Single night reservations are often available and can be made on the morning of the night you want to stay. Please call after 9 am.
    • Special Event and Holiday Weekends often have 3-5 night minimum stays.
    • Vacations /7-night Minimums: During the summer and early fall we hold about 25% of our rooms and cabins for folks looking to stay 7 or more nights.
      • We release the 7-night minimums about 10 days prior and start calling folks on our waiting list.
  • Parking: Free off-street parking for one car per Room, Cabin or Campsite reserved.
    • Extra vehicles will be accommodated as space allows on a first-come basis. Extra fee applies.
  • Children: Persons under age 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
    • We are a quiet resort and expect all guests regardless of age to be able to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere without disturbing other guests or neighbors.
    • Children under age 12 are not allowed to stay in the Pool Suite or Garden Suite due to the proximity to our Pool.
  • Pets: Are allowed in three of our individual cabins. Please see our Pet Policy for more information about pets (and Service Animals).
  • No Smoking except in our:
    • Smoking Areas –  both are centrally located and each are in a beautiful circle of redwood trees.
      • This area is furnished with tables, chairs, ashtrays, and ambiance for your smoking pleasure.
      • Smoking in any other part of the resort violates several Sonoma County (where we are) laws. Applies to ANYTHING vapor or smoked.
  • Quiet – Our returning guests come back in part because of the quiet and relaxing environment.
    • Quiet hours are 10 pm until 9 am.
    • We don’t allow disruptive partying.
    • We don’t allow radios, CD players, iPods, etc. anywhere at the resort unless you are using earbuds.
  • Pool: Our pool is open and heated to 80o F from 8:30 am to 10 pm May 1 through September 30.
    • The rest of the year the pool is available as a refreshing cold plunge.
    • Sunbathing (nude sunbathing allowed).
  • GROUP RESERVATIONS: We’re glad you want to bring your friends. We can accommodate groups up to 8 persons.
    • Larger groups tend to take over the resort and that lessens the quality of the experience for the rest of our guests. So we don’t do it.
    • We will consider renting the entire resort to a group during the winter only (November – March). We do not offer weddings or reception facilities.
