Policies

Check-in: 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Call ahead to arrange for late arrival.

• Early Check-in is not guaranteed. Please call in advance if you plan to arrive early.

Check-out: 11:00am.

Occupancy: Rates are based on 1-2 adults.

• Cabins and suites with 2 beds can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults.

• There is a $30 extra person fee for the 3rd & 4th person(s).

• We do NOT have roll-away beds.

Children: We are an adult property. All guests must be at least 18 years old.

Continental Breakfast is included with your stay

Minimum Stay:

• 2 night minimum stay on weekends

• Single night reservations are sometimes available and can be made on the morning of the night you want to stay. Please call after 9 am.

• Special Event and Holiday Weekends often have 3-5 night minimum stays.

• Parking: Free onsite parking for one car per accommodation reserved.

• Extra vehicles will be accommodated as space allows on a first-come basis. Extra fee applies.

Dogs: Are allowed in three of our individual cabins. Please see our Dog Policy for more information (and Service Animals).

No Smoking: We are a non-smoking property.  We do have a designated area

• Smoking Area – centrally located in a beautiful circle of redwood trees.

  • This area is furnished with tables, chairs and ashtrays

  • Smoking in any other part of the resort violates Sonoma County ordinances

Quiet hours: Our returning guests come back in part because of the quiet and relaxing environment.

• Quiet hours are 10 pm until 9 am.

• We don’t allow disruptive partying.

• We don’t allow radios, CD players, iPods, Bluetooth speakers, etc. anywhere at the resort unless you are using earbuds.

Pool: Our pool is open and heated from May 1 through October 31. Minimum age limit to use pool is 18 years old. We are no longer offering day use passes for the pool. Also, in an effort to be more inclusive, our pool is NO longer clothing optional.

• The rest of the year the pool is available as a refreshing cold plunge.
